VIT Chennai has collaborated with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) and our campus is equipped with an Automatic Weather Station (AWS) and an Automatic Rain Gauge System (ARG). Therefore, it is possible for VITians to use the real-time data of Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Rainfall, Wind Speed, Wind Direction, and Pressure from the given IMD website.
