The IFB Industries, Bangalore, India Project amounting to Rs. 19.9 Lakhs from August 2016 to June 2018 is an ongoing Venture initiated Dr. Lenin N C, Associate Professor – School of Electrical Engineering. The Project researches on the ‘Design and Development of Switched Reluctance Motor’ discussing the Design and electromagnetic analysis of a 550 W Switched Reluctance Motor Drive with appropriate Power Converter for washing machine application and Sizing of the designed Motor to achieve smaller size and higher efficiency than the existing Universal Motor.
