The Lucas TVS, chennai, India Project from 2013-2015 & 2016-2018 is an ongoing Venture initiated Dr. Lenin N C, Associate Professor – School of Electrical Engineering. The Project researches on the ‘Design and development of synchronous reluctance motor for pump applications’ discussing the Optimal design of line start synchronous reluctance motor (LSSynRM) with better efficiency, Maximizing saliency ratio to improve the power factor and Performance comparison with induction motor.
