Fourth National ADR Competition 2023

The students of Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai emerged as winners of the Fourth National ADR Competition 2023 held under the auspices of the Kerala Law Academy Moot Court Society on 12^th, 13^th and 14^th of October 2023 via virtual mode. The team comprising of final year law students, Sankara Narayanan B (19BLB1032), Gowtham Raj A B (19BLA1104) and Jeshurun Christopher (19BLA1032) have been selected and trained by the Debate Society, School of Law, VIT. Sankara Narayan B has also been adjudged as the best rapporteur of the Competition. The best team receives a cash prize of Rs. 20,000/- with trophy. The team won against many reputed national, private and government law universities and colleges participated in the three-day national competition which aimed to provide opportunities to the students to learn and explore the alternate forms of dispute resolution which will enable them to amplify their abilities and legal knowledge.

International Negotiation and Mediation Competition-2023

The students of VIT School of Law SANKARA NARAYANAN B (19BLB1032) and JESHURUN CHRISTOPHER (19BLA1032) were selected and trained by VIT School of Law Debate Society (DebSoc) have been adjudged as Runners up in the Negotiation Segment of the 1^st edition of the International Negotiation and Mediation Competition, 2023, organized by NMIMS, Kirit P. Mehta School of Law in association with Wadia Ghandy and Co. on 2^nd and 3^rd September 2023.
