The SERB-Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India Project amounting to 21.98 Lakhs from 2014-2017 is an ongoing venture initiated by Dr. Krishnendu Biswas – Asst. Professor, School of Advanced Sciences. The focus of the project is to find results pertaining to ‘Materials for High Temperature Thermoelectric Applications’. The primary objective of the project is to find Transparent conducting oxide materials with p-type semiconducting property that are Nontoxic and stable at high temperatures and where Graphene/delafossite composites formed successfully, which is confirmed by the Raman and SEM analysis.
