  • Industries and Sectors:
    • Automotive, Aerospace, Healthcare, focusing on designing automated systems and robotics.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Design, R&D, operation, and maintenance of automated systems and intelligent control solutions.
  • Public Sector Units:
    • ISRO, DRDO, NTPC, working on automation and robotics for space missions, defense, and energy efficiency.

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

PEO1: Graduates will apply their engineering knowledge, analytical reasoning and problem solving skills in developing mechatronic systems and diverse automation applications.

PEO2: Graduates will continue to advance their knowledge base and professional competencies through higher studies or other professional developmental activities.

PEO3: Graduates will communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and work efficiently in diverse professional environment.

PSO1: Integrate mechanical, electrical, electronic and computer engineering principles to design and implement innovative mechatronic and automated systems to solve complex engineering problems.

PSO2: Utilize necessary tools and techniques to design, analyze, and optimize mechatronic systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

PSO3: Develop technical and leadership skills to effectively collaborate in teams, and apply ethical and sustainable practices in incorporating interdisciplinary approaches to solve real-world automation problems.
