I year M.Tech (VLSI) student Boggarapu Lokesh (20MVD1016) had participated and won third prize in the design competition organized by SATHISH DHAWAN SPACE CENTRE SHAR (SDSC), Sriharikota on World Space Week (WSW) held during October 4-10, 2020.

His design topic is “Tunnel FETs in Satellite Communication”.
